About Me
Majo is a Service Design leader with over eight years of international and multidisciplinary experience, specialized in helping organizations excel in Customer Experience (CX) through Service Design, Product Strategy, and Experience Design methodologies and Co-Founder Chapter Lead of the Service Design Network Chapter Monterrey, a nonprofit organization promoting experience and service design practice in Mexico.
She brings a proven track record in the Aeronautics, Retail, and Financial Services industries. With a customer‑first mindset, she helps organizations align their business vision and unique value proposition with the needs of their people (employees and end‑users), designing signature moments through user‑centered physical and digital solutions.
As part of her commitment to develop new generations of service designers, since 2024, Majo has also been teaching at CENTRO | Design, Film and Television University in Mexico City and Anáhuac Mayab University in Mérida, the Service Blueprinting modules, as part of Service Design Certificate programs.
