About Me

Majo is a Senior Service Experience Designer & Researcher at Capgemini Invent, and Co-Founder Chapter Lead of the Service Design Network Chapter Monterrey— a nonprofit organization promoting experience and service design practice in Mexico.

With over seven years of experience, Majo has primarily worked within the Financial Services and Consumer Packaged Goods industries, helping clients bring ideas to life and transform them into successful products and services. Her approach is rooted in Lean UX and Design Thinking methodologies, enabling innovation through user-centered design.

As part of her commitment to develop new generations of service designers, since 2024, Majo has also been sharing her expertise as a Professor at CENTRO | Design, Film and Television University in Mexico City and Anáhuac Mayab University in Mérida, where she teaches the Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprinting modules, as part of Service Design Certification programs.
