Reinventing the Candidate Life-Cycle Journey for a Unified HR Strategy

About

Challenge

The Human Resources team grew rapidly over the last year, which led to strategic misalignment across the hispanic regions where the company operates. To formalize and consolidate the team’s strategy, it became essential to map out processes behind the candidate life-cycle journey, therefore understand how to ensure stronger brand positioning and enable consistent delivery of the candidate service experience.

Approach

I was in charge of designing and conducting two remote collaborative workshops (México, Colombia) to foster cross‑functional alignment. During these sessions, we mapped the current business unit’s candidate lifecycle journey, aligned HR strategies with business needs, and identified improvement opportunities for brand positioning across every stage of the service experience funnel.

Outcome

The process revealed approximately 15 alignment opportunities to optimize the candidate lifecycle journey (including collaboration, data management, standardization and signature moments design), as well as more than 20 key strategic initiatives (media campaigns, fairs, conferences) to improve the brand positioning through-out the candidate lifecycle journey funnel.
