Reshaping a B2B Wholesales Product Vision
For this project, I was part of supporting the Bimbo and Capgemini Commercial team in understanding the relationship between the wholesale user's customer journey and the functionalities proposed by the product area, in order to confirm them, and then be able to work on the functional and technical design (architecture) and integrate them correctly, mainly in the commercial, order, delivery and after-sales processes.

Challenge
Understand the details of the requirements and functionalities within the sales and comercial process, as well as identify key points and priorities, especially in the Order, Delivery, and After-Sales processes, to clarify the details of interface design and licensing in the Wholesalers' platform process.

Approach
Through two co-creative workshops, a preliminary visualization of the Wholesaler's current Customer Journey Map was presented to understand, discuss, and define the position of the functionalities to be designed and developed, creating coherence and a general understanding among the Capgemini and Bimbo team members.

Outcome
A general understanding of the functionalities through the wholesalers' customer journey map, ensuring the resolution of needs and user satisfaction, through 22 key functionalities that were addressed, tackling pain-points, user and business value and interconnections.
